Our mission is to provide a safe, orderly and affordable housing community for individuals and families. All rent in income based. We have 210 units ranging from effencicy stuido to 4 bedroom apartments. All apartments are single level. The apartments are located in 8 different locations throughout Piedmont. Some are specifically designated for elderly and disabeled tenants, others are open for general population. 
 
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides Federal assistance to the PHA which manages housing for low-income residents at rents they can afford.
